Waypoint Property Solutions was built from experience—not theory. As we grew our buy-and-sell brokerage, Boffo Real Estate Group, we had the opportunity to work with hundreds of buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Ocala and the surrounding areas. Through that growth, one thing became clear: there was a gap in the property management space. Property owners wanted better communication, stronger accountability, and a management partner who treated their investments with the same care and attention they would themselves. At the same time, residents were looking for professionalism, responsiveness, and a place they could truly call home.

That realization led to the creation of Waypoint Property Solutions.

Our foundation is built on three core principles: communication, integrity, and commitment. We believe property management should be proactive, transparent, and relationship-driven. Owners deserve to know what's happening with their property. Residents deserve timely responses and a professional experience. And both deserve a management team that is invested in long-term success.

Our goal is to redefine what property management looks like in Ocala by clearly communicating, fostering meaningful relationships, and helping our landlords maintain high-quality properties that attract great residents. We focus on creating win-win outcomes—protecting investments for owners while providing comfortable, well-managed homes for the people who live in them.

That mission is the reason—and the drive—behind Waypoint Property Solutions.
